Mental Health Awareness

Today we joined together as a class to show our support towards the Talk out Loud Programme. We started off our morning by thinking about what we can do to keep our minds healthy. We had lots of great ideas that we shared within our class.

We then completed an activity to think about different ways we can be kind to ourselves. The children came up with lots of ideas like reading books, making new friends, eating healthy and taking long baths. To finish off our morning the children were all given a bottle of bubbles which they blew altogether as they thought about the different way they can keep their minds healthy.
